The SurePack Thermoformer is engineered to produce large volumes of the highest quality medical device trays in the industry from various types of formable films with thicknesses up to 100 mil. Our unique infrared heating and male plug forming produce intricate formed trays with consistent thickness and flat seals. All of our thermoformers include change out tooling, toggle form press, high tonnage trim press and part stacking.
