The MDC Singulator is the most economic solution for converging rollstock packages into a single lane prior to secondary operations.
MDC’s converger works with all rollstock F/F/S machines
Our converger actually replaces the existing out-feed conveyor on your existing thermoformer thereby keeping the overall foot print to a minimum and maximizing through-puts. We do not use any gates that can catch on the product but instead uses belt speed to control the position of the product.
