MDC Engineering’s pouch feeder is designed to feed pouches to intermittent motion horizontal fill, seal machines. The SureFeed accommodates various types and styles of pre-made pouches and bags. Pre-made pouches are manually loaded into the conveyor magazine and automatically fed and transferred the packaging machine. The machine is designed to easily adapt to any manufacturers existing vertical fill, seal machine and requires no separate operator intervention to stop and start.
